Lost (2004)

On September 22, 2004, Oceanic Airlines Flight 815 breaks apart in mid-air and crashes on a remote island in the South Pacific, killing many of the 324 people aboard and stranding the survivors. Jack Shephard regains consciousness in the jungle and begins organizing the rescue effort. Among the survivors: a fugitive, a confidence man, a former Iraqi soldier, a paralysed man who can now walk, and a pregnant woman. The island, it will become clear, is not a normal island.
