Leap Year (2010)

On February 29th, American businesswoman Anna Brady flies to Dublin to invoke the Irish tradition that a woman who proposes to a man on Leap Day cannot be refused. Stranded by a storm and forced to travel across Ireland with the reluctant innkeeper Declan, she arrives at her destination on time — only to find the journey has raised awkward questions about whether she's proposing to the right man.
